PROF. RIKK WATTS 
Rikk was Professor of New Testament at Regent College Vancouver. Previously, he served as an instructor at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Wycliffe Hall at Oxford University, La Trobe University, and the Bible College of Victoria (now the Melbourne School of Theology). Rikk is the author of Isaiah's New Exodus in Mark, and is currently Dean of Theology at Alphacrucis College in Australia, and Research Professor with Regent College.

Speakers:

DR.MEGAN BEST 
Megan is a regular and popular speaker at our National Conference. Megan is a Post-doctoral Research Fellow, Psycho-Oncology Cooperative Research Group (PoCoG) at the University of Sydney. 

Megan will be addressing the topic : Spiritual Care in the Hospital the role of the Doctor. 

DR. LUKE BARNES 
Luke is a John Templeton Fellow at Western Sydney University. With a PhD in astronomy from the University of Cambridge, he has published papers in the field of galaxy formation and on the fine-tuning of the Universe for life. He is the coauthor with Prof. Geraint Lewis of "A Fortunate Universe: Life in a Finely-Tuned Cosmos", published by Cambridge University Press. 

 Luke will be addressing the topic: Life ,The Universe and God


DR. MARIA CIGOLINI 
Maria is Clinical Head Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Department of Palliative Medicine. Senior Lecturer University of Sydney. 

 Maria will be addressing the topic : Medical Practice in the Face of Changing Social Structures and the Growth of Secularism. Part One 


GABRIELLE MACAULAY 
Gabi is President of the Nurses Christian fellowship Australia and has extensive experience in emergency and maternal nursing in both developing and developed countries. Her interests include self-care for health care professionals and how to navigate the tension between the “Sunday-Monday gap”. 

Gabi will be addressing the topic : Health Care Professionals - Managing our own Spiritual Care Resuscitation” 



PROF. JOHN WHTEHALL 
John is Foundation Chair and Professor of Paediatrics and Child Health at the University of Western Sydney. 

John will be addressing the topic : Medical Practice in the Face of Changing Social Structures and the Growth of Secularism. Part Two 



Dr. ERN CROCKER 
Ern was founding Director of Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasound at Westmead Hospital post he held for 10 years. He has had a particular interest in Christian Outreach to China and has visited many times as a representative of the Jian Hua Foundation to conduct teaching seminars. 

Ern will be addressing the topic:Healing the whole person.
